Bob Breen is Chairman of Zamaretto Division 1 Central side Burnham FC. For the last ten years Bob has been based in Ireland working as a member of the FAI Executive as Director of UEFA Licencing & Facilities, prior to that he was General Manager of Waterford and Bohemians. Together with a great team, he was responsible for the development and implementation of the UEFA licensing system for the FAI in Ireland. The system is widely recognised as having brought further stability and higher standards of professionalism in all areas of the game. We are the FAI's preferred Consultant in relation to Artificial Turf and we continue to advise when called upon in these areas:

Gary Breen is a Senior Consultant. Starting out in local authority finance he moved on to a career in sales and marketing for some of the UK’s largest companies including AXA Sun Life, Newsweek International and Hays Plc. During his career he was instrumental in the development of a marketing operation for the Football League advising clubs on procurement, assisting them in negotiating contracts and discount terms. Having nurtured strong relationships with buyers and decision makers throughout the Football League he moved on to advise the League and individual League Clubs.
He returned to the world of finance in 2000 and for the 8 years was responsible for advising local authorities and privately owned companies on raising capital through structured asset finance, leasing and loans, most recently developing and leading a Division of the UK merchant banking Group, Close Brothers.
He has applied what he has learned from the world of finance and commerce to the tasks of advising clients on facility development and in the development of new projects. He has developed an in depth knowledge of the stakeholders and issues affecting the artificial turf industry and utilises that knowledge to ensure projects are specified and procured with accuracy and fair play. He represents the FAI on a technical level and contributes at international forums that include FIFA, UEFA, ESTO and EFTG.
Karen Lea currently heads up the Operational side of the business. Karen's career began in IT Recruitment, moving into Event Organisation and Office Management.During the last 12 years she has specialised in Corporate Finance, mainly Public Sector, Leasing and Asset Management. Involved in all aspects of the business from front end systems processing to back office management, providing her with a very comprehensive knowledge within this field. In her most recent project she was responsible for the analysis, documentation and training of a finance house’ database and accounts management system. Karen's abilities are used to identify economical, efficient and logical business solutions.
Karen gives us great strength in advising and developing systems and processes, both internally and for our clients.
Faye Mernagh came out of University in Surrey with a degree in business management and entered a career with Mercedes Benz. She enjoyed early success in retail sales and was recruited by the Corporate Division to develop relationships with fleet buyers. Her ability to increase sales from existing customers at the same time introducing new business from blue chip businesses meant she was recognised nationally as a top performer on numerous occasions. Faye is a pro-active individual who is looking at new projects and opportunities to develop new business and ideas.
