Our Services can take the form of a comprehensive turnkey project management service or alternatively highly targetted gap coverage. We can take you from feasibility through to sign off or we can work with your insitu advisers and provide specialist support authoring or checking the specification, evaluating financial and technical bids, interviewing Contractors, spot checking construction and post completion maintenance programming.

Facility Development

Strategic Planning

We will help you to identify what you must have, what you should have and what you want. We can assist in building a project plan and a team to deliver that strategy and maximise the inrastructure and resources at your disposal.  

Feasibility Studies

With a firm strategy in place you need to understand whether you have all of the ingredients to ensure your project will work. Your strategic plan, existing infrastucture, planning, funding and resources should be audited and assessed. This is your first opportunity to check this is the right strategy for your Club.

Design & Specification

Most projects are completed on a design and build basis. However it is critical that you provide an outline to ensure that the design meets your requirements. An accurate design, specification and bill of quantities will provide the parameters from which a successful design & build project can be formed. This is your only real opportunity to ensure you get the best quality solution and price.   

Procurement advice

Many Grant funded projects are subject to EU Procurement Legislation. We can advise and ensure that you meet your obligations in this area and in relation to Freedom of Information. Whethere it is a single stage process, two stage with pre-qualification or negotiated we can help you to ensure you take the right course.

Tendering & Evaluation

We will provide access to a range of experience contractors that we know have the right products and systems to deliver a quality solution. Furthermore that they can do so with a competitive price. We ensure an open and competitive process and our evaluation system considers whether a bid has met the requirements of the tender, that it is accurate, can be compared like for like with others and most importantly that the price delivers on a technical level. These projects incorporate civil engineering as well as the carpet system, fencing and lighting. Each component needs to be checked and compared for quality and value.  

Funding Options

We can provide you with guidance in relation to funding. We can outline your options and show you what is currently available. We can also help with financial forecasting to support applications for grants or other funding. Most funders will look to you toprovide them with a business model that shows you will manage your facility responsibly and, if possible, profitably. A well developed financial model will open doors!  

Project Management

We can provide a full project management service that oversees the site, the project as well as rules relating to health & safety (CDM). Alternatively we can provide Gap provision that works in conjunction with your own local Project Team and provides advice, guidance and supervision of the specialist elements.
